Welcome to Haserupt.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Haserupt mobile application and related services. By using Haserupt, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Haserupt is a screen-time companion app that helps users manage digital habits using timers, AI-assisted interactions, and gamified systems.

Haserupt is intended for wellness and productivity purposes only and is not a medical or mental health service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hase.

By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

Some features require signing in using Apple Sign In.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.

4. AI Features

Haserupt includes AI-generated responses powered by Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.

AI-generated content:

  • May occasionally be inaccurate
  • May not always reflect correct advice or information
  • Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or psychological guidance

You agree not to use Hase to generate:

  • Harmful content
  • Illegal content
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Malicious prompts or attacks against AI systems

We reserve the right to restrict access for abuse of AI features.

5. Virtual Currency & Purchases

Haserupt may include virtual currencies, rewards, cosmetics, or gameplay systems.

These items:

  • Have no real-world monetary value
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are non-refundable except where required by law

Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store.

6. User Data & Privacy

Your use of Haserupt is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We strive to minimize collection of personal data and keep usage history on-device whenever possible.

7. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the app.

Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable at any time.

Certain features may depend on:

  • Apple Screen Time APIs
  • Notification permissions
  • Operating system limitations
  • Third-party AI services

8. No Guarantees

Haserupt is intended to support healthier device habits, but we do not guarantee:

  • Reduced screen time
  • Increased productivity
  • Habit improvement
  • Behavioral outcomes

Results will vary by user.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haserupt and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of productivity
  • Emotional distress
  • Service interruptions
  • AI-generated inaccuracies

Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users:

  • Abuse the service
  • Attempt to exploit AI systems
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Interfere with app infrastructure

You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Haserupt after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
